The Real Relax Favor-03 is an entry-level full body massage chair. While it has all the basic features such as zero gravity, heat therapy and airbag massage, it does lack more advanced functions such as smart body scan, deep tissue massage or built-in speakers. However, it compensates with its very affordable price and a high-quality construction.
Real Relax is a relatively young company, which was founded in 2015. It specializes in designing and commercializing health products and especially massage devices. They claim all their products are certified by the FDA, CE, ROHS and USA Patent.

The Favor-03 is a great value for the money. While its price may make you skeptical, don’t let it fool you. This chair has all the basic features you can look for in a massage chair and some of them are really impressive for this budget.
The chair comes in two colors: brown and black. It has a moisture free faux leather upholstery and uses soft, durable, breathable and comfortable materials. It has wheels for easier transportation and it doesn’t come assembled, unless you opt for the white glove delivery.
It is spacious enough and extendable so it can accommodate people who are up to 6’2” tall.
The Favor-3 uses the exclusive armrest linkage system, which, to quote them, ‘when you lower or rise the backrest, armrest will keep pace with backrest automatically so your arm will not slip off’.
The chair comes with the zero gravity function and air bag massage. There are three available positions: initial zero gravity, comfort zero gravity and deep zero gravity. It also has an impressive number of 50 airbags which are strategically placed in all the important areas: shoulders, neck, back, arms, hips, waist, legs, feet.
There is a built-in waist heater which promotes a good blood circulation and an extendable ottoman so it can be adjusted to accommodate people of different heights.
What is missing from the Favor-03 chair are the body scan feature and the deep tissue massage. There isn’t any audio support either.
The vibrating hip massage on the other hand is very light and relaxing and helps blood circulate better.
There are 4 automatic massage programs and you can also use the manual options to only massage the areas you want.
The remote control has a TFT display and there is also a remote holder for it.
The foot rollers feel quite intense, but we’ve come to realize that this is a common problem found not only in cheaper massage chairs but also in pricier ones.
One good thing we’ve noticed about the Favor-03 is the fact that it is really quiet, compared to other massage chairs, which helps you relax even more while in it.
Overall, we consider the Real Relax Favor-03 to be one of the best options on a budget. It is made of durable, comfortable, moisture free and breathable materials, it has all the basic functions you need in a massage chair, but without all the bells and whistles and most importantly, it comes at a very attractive price.
The Real Relax Favor-03 costs $799 on the Real Relax website, with the standard delivery. It doesn’t come assembled and it has a 3-year warranty.
