Although some other extended car warranty services offered more customer support options (like live chat), ASAP still proved to have a decent support center. If at any point you need to contact a customer care representative, although you can’t use the live chat, you can call them or write them an email. The company also offers 24/7 full phone support for its policy owners. Although the phones are manned at all hours of day and night, when we called over the weekend to ask about prices and get a quote, we were politely directed to call back during office hours for sales-related questions. Their website also houses a solid FAQ section you can browse in case you have some minor questions about the more common issues users face.
