The De’Longhi’s multifry, air fryer and multicooker is an efficient “beast” in the air fryer business. It can cook large loads of food with as little as a tbsp. of oil. It’s made from high quality materials and most parts are dishwasher safe.

De’Longi has long been known for making good quality small appliances. The De'Longhi multifry, air fryer and multicooker is this manufacturer’s pride and joy. With many separate features and innovative cooking technology, this multipurpose cooker will satisfy any fried food craving. It might be a bit big for an average counter top, but it’s extremely easy to use.
Ease of use
There are four power levels you can set depending on the type of food you’re making. This model doesn’t offer many preprogramed options, but the instruction manual is pretty clear on how to best use your new appliance. Cleaning is also simple since most parts are detachable and dishwasher safe.
This massive air fryer will make enough French fries for your entire family and guests. It features an open view lid that lets you check the cooking process at any point. With two heat sources and a strategically positioned fan, De’Longhi’s multifry, air fryer and multicooker cooks perfect food each time. It doesn’t have many bells and whistles but it gets the job done quickly and efficiently.
Conveniently enough, you can purchase this multifrier directly from De’Longhi’s website for $229.95, but if you’re looking to save a buck or two, you can check out Amazon. com since at the time of our review they had this product on sale for $169.99.
In creating its state of the art multicooker, De’Longhi used their signature SCS (Surround Cooking System) which is a variation on Rapid Air Technology and similar systems. There are two heat sources – on the bottom and top making sure the food is cooked evenly. The automated mixing paddle stirs the food to keep it from sticking to any surface and to make sure there are no lumps in any gravies or similar dishes. The air evenly travels throughout the cooking basket keeping your food moist on the inside and crispy on the outside. In order for the hot air to reach all parts of the fryer evenly, the manufacturer built in a powerful fan on the top part of the appliance pushing and mixing hot air at all times during cooking.
The selling point for the multifry, air fryer and multicooker is the fact that you don’t need any oil for 2.2 lbs of frozen French fries, while if you’re using fresh potatoes you’ll need to add just 1 tbsp of oil if the amount is same as frozen. This multifrier is one of the larges-capacity models in our review since it can take up to 3.7 lbs of fresh and 3.3 lbs of frozen food. Cooking time on these products is also reduced thanks to the dual heat source and the automated stirrer. The air fryer comes with a transparent BPA free lid you can use to check on your food at any time.
The body of this air frying big bigger than most other in our review. With external dimensions being 15.6 x 12.8 x 10.6 and it weighing 11.6 lbs, this multicooker might be a problem for some counter tops. Its body is made of high quality plastic and it features a transparent lid.
