Although both of their shared hosting plans offer unlimited disk space and bandwidth, you may experience throttling if you exaggerate. Throttling will slow down the access to your website.

Arvixe has a 99.9% uptime. The company ensures customers they will get a full refund if they are not happy with the services they receive in the first 6 days. They will also pay your fees for the month, in case you don’t get the promised uptime. However, tests show they have downtime periods on a monthly basis, sometimes of even up to 3-5 days.

Arvixe offers free 24/7 customer support by phone, email or live chat. The support team is based in India and Middle East. You can also use their priority support option, by phone or email, if you are willing to pay an additional fee every month. Although the staff is helpful and knowledgeable, the waiting time isn’t the best on the market. You can wait for hours to get a rep. The longest waiting times are obviously during peak hours, so you may want to try and reach them early in the morning for better results. Live chat is also a better option. If you contact them through their ticketing system you have to choose a specific topic so that the support specialists can narrow down your request and give you appropriate answers.
