Although they have about 400 psychics on their staff, they have one of the strictest screening processes on the market.

They claim only 5% of the applicants actually make it into their network. Their applicants have to go through a rigorous screening process: they have to fill out a detailed application form, they have to take a test reading which must be approved by one of their experienced psychics, they have to go through multiple interviews, etc.

Psychic Source is pretty much the best service on the market in terms of variety. They have all the types of psychic readings you could think of: Tarot readings, astrology, cartomancy, numerology, astrology readings, love, energy, work readings, past life and spiritual readings, dream interpretations, etc. There are also readings that help you communicate with pets or find lost objects.
There are dozens of search filters available on their website, that help you find the right psychic for you. Other competitors don’t offer as many (for example, AskNow only has 10 search filters). You can search for a psychic based on the preferred contact method, tools used, area of expertise, price, language, ratings and so on.
Each psychic has a comprehensive profile where you can find all the information you need about the reader. There is a photo, biography, customers’ testimonials, ratings, a work schedule with available hours and so on. There is also a ‘quick view’ option that appears when you click on a reader’s photo and allows you to learn more about the psychic.

If you want to use their services you have to create an account either by phone or online, filling out the form on their website. When you set up the account where you will add money and you can track your activity, they require your name, email, birthday, gender and of course, a password. You must be at least 18 years old and have a credit card in your name in order to open an account. You can add from $10 to $500 at a time to your account. New customers can benefit of their discounts and special introductory offers. The first 3 minutes of your first paid reading will be free.
Whenever you get a reading, the cost will be deducted from your account balance. They charge per minute. If you want to add money to your account but don’t have a credit card, there are several ways to do it: through a debit card, gift card (they accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover) and through money order.
They also offer a satisfaction guarantee that applies to your last reading. What that means is that if you are not satisfied with your last reading, you can contact them within one business day and they will offer you a free next reading of up to 20 minutes.
They have a free daily horoscope on their website, a weekly love horoscope or you can opt for one of their astrology readers who will offer a more in-depth, personalized reading.
They also have an Articles & Media section where you can find plenty of articles on various topics: love, relationships, family, life, destiny, health and wellness, career and finances, loss and grieving, astrology.
There are also available podcasts, videos, infographics and a newsletter for subscribers, which also contains discount coupons.
The website has a helpful reading history and there is also a ‘Who’s logged on’ feature at the bottom of the page, which allows you to see what psychic is currently online and how (by chat, phone, both). If your chosen reader is busy when you contact him, you can request a call back and you can also see how many other customers are waiting for his services before you.
You can also sign up for a text-messaging service. This feature can be helpful in several ways: for instance, if you want to receive a text whenever your favorite reader logs in.
If you are a loyal customer and get a lot of readings, you can also benefit from their reward and loyalty points. These will get you discounts on readings, every now and then.

The customer service is excellent. They offer 24/7, US based customer support available through phone or email. The staff is friendly, responsive and knowledgeable. They can also suggest certain readers for you if you are not sure what you want. There is also a FAQ section on their website and a form through which you can contact them on different issues: login problems, how to apply to become a psychic, suggestions and ideas, how to unsubscribe from their mailing list, how to request a refund, psychic reading feedback, etc.
