Kasamba has over 2,000 readers in its network and some of them are pretty famous, with appearances on various television shows or radio stations from all over the country.
Many of their readers have received 5 star ratings and more than 93% of their clients rated their readings as excellent or very good.
This service offers an extremely wide range of readings, from astrology and Tarot, to love and relationship, finance, career, dream analysis, fortune telling, numerology, palm readings, picture readings, pet readings, graphology and many others. Each category includes sub-categories. For example, in love psychics you can narrow down your search even more and look for something more specific: cheating and affairs, breaking up and divorce, marital life, gay and lesbian friendly, single and dating and so on. There are plenty of sub-categories with all the main categories.
Kasamba is mostly orientated towards chat readings, although some of their readers do offer phone and email ones as well, but not all of them.
Kasamba can be accessed either through their website or from their mobile application, which is compatible with both iOS and Android devices. That is a big thumbs up, considering that this is one of the few such services to offer a mobile app, too. You can also use your Facebook account in order to register for an account on their app. The interface is very easy to use. On the downside, the app is not free and it doesn’t support mobile devices that run on Windows.

There aren’t too many details about their screening process, so that’s another reason why ratings and reviews are a good idea, as they help you better choose a good psychic.

If you require so, the company offers you completely anonymous and confidential chat options, so you don’t have to worry about that either.
If you opt for their email reading option, the amount of money is pre-determined before you receive your reading. However, you will only be charged after the session has been completed.
Their refund policy is somewhat ambiguous. If you want a refund, you have to request it by filling out a form on their site, but they do warn you that they reserve the right to not reimburse you if you don’t see eye to eye. They do offer a satisfaction guarantee, in the sense that they will refund you up to $50, if you are not satisfied with your reading.

In terms of their pricing, Kasamba has different rates for their psychics. Prices can start from just $2/minute, but the rates are quit high for their most popular advisors.

The customer support section definitely has room for improvement. There is no phone number displayed on their website, in case you want to contact them and the only way you can do that is through their support ticket, which is the worst and slowest possible way. There is a solid knowledge base on their website, where you can find answers to questions related to billing, how to connect to an advisor, how to close your account or withdraw a posted request and many other topics, but still, the lack of phone or chat support is unacceptable.
