COMPLETE REVIEW

Anyone who’s been into this whole blending madness knows about NutriBullet. It is a reference brand when it comes to blenders and not only. Their products are heavily advertised, popular but also reliable.

The NutriBullet Pro 900 is a 900 watts appliance with several useful components included in the package. It is an upgrade to the original NutriBullet, in terms of power (the older model had 600W), included accessories and the size of the containers, with the Power 900 having bigger cups.

Here are its main specs:

  • Dimensions (W x D x H): 7.8 x 13.9 x 16.3 inches
  • 9-piece model
  • High-torque power base
  • Stainless steel extractor blade
  • Power: 900 watts
  • 2 cups: 1 x 24oz and 1 x 32oz
  • 2 storage lids
  • 2 lip rings
  • 1 flip-top lid
  • Power supply: 120V
  • One recipe book

As you can see from the specs, the Nutribullet Pro 900 includes a lot of accessories and it is designed especially for people on the go. The containers have flip-top lids that allow you to securely seal the cups and carry them with you.

The Pro 900 is quite heavy and feels solid but it is relatively small, so you will find a place for it even if you have limited space in your kitchen. The base is heavy enough to make the blender stable when it’s running. The Pro 900 comes in a champagne color and it is simple. There are no buttons and speed setting and in order to use it in Pulse mode you have to simply press down on the container. If you press and twist the cup, you lock the blender in the ‘on’ position and in order to turn it off, you have to release the cup.

The containers are made of BPA free plastic and have a MAX line to know how much you can fill them up without overloading. They are dishwasher safe.

The Pro 900 is a versatile blender that can blend basically anything from vegetables to fruits and seeds. However, it isn’t designed to be used without liquid, so you will use it mainly for smoothies of all kind. Also, you can’t use it to blend hot liquids, because of the material the containers are made of.

The motor is very powerful and those 900 watts will be noticed in the quality of the smoothies you prepare. You can make up to 7 servings/smoothie and the results are always satisfying.

The Pro 900 should not be used for more than 1 minute because it can overheat. It does have a protection system that shuts down the blender in case it overheats, but if you want to prolong its life, you should let it rest for a few seconds before starting another blending cycle.

Pricing

The Nutribullet Pro 900 costs approximately $80. The blender comes with a 30-day money back guarantee and a 1-year warranty.
