The most expensive plan they have is the Ultimate plan, priced at $49.99/month/user. There are 10,000 toll-free minutes included.

All plans include unlimited phone calls within the US and Canada, unlimited audio and video meetings with screen sharing on both desktop and mobile (with up to 200 people per meeting, for the most expensive plan), unlimited business SMS, HD voice, mobile apps that are compatible with both iOS and Android, visual voicemail and voicemail to email, integrations (Box, Microsoft, Google). team collaboration, 24/7 customer support, voicemail transcription to text and more.

In addition to all these features, RingCentral also offers hardware. They have an extensive list of available phones and systems: desk phones, cordless, receptionist, conference phones, headsets and other.

  • Cisco SPA508G ($199 or $13/month)
  • Polycom VVX 350 ($209 or $7/month)
  • Polycom VVX 601 with large color touchscreen ($399 or $21/month)

Cordless phone: Yealink W56P cordless phone with backlit 2.4” color display and HD voice, up to 4 simultaneous calls per base, 30 hours talk time and 400 hours standby time - $169 or $12/month

Receptionist: from $289 ($18/month): Cisco SPA508G; the priciest option is the Polycom VVX 601, priced at $529 (or $34/month)

Conference: the cheapest is Polycom IP 5000, priced at $599 ($34/month) and the most expensive option is Polycom Trio 8800, priced at $1499 ($80/month)

RingCentral also offers headsets: Savi 700 series, Blackwire 725, Voyager Focus UC, Voyager Legend UC, EncorePRO 710/720

Their offer also includes desk phones that require manual setup: Snom desk phones, Aastra desk phones, Grandstream desk phones, Yealink desk phones. They all come with manuals/instructions that can be downloaded.

For all these products, you can choose to pay for the phone in full or you can opt for the monthly rate.
