If you do a little browsing and research to look for the best VoIP services in the country, AXVoice will most likely come up in the top. This service is very popular both in the United States and in Canada, as it operates in both. In addition to a complex set of features and an abundance of subscriptions plans to choose from, AXVoice also offers international VoIP calling, which makes it even more appealing and competitive.

What kind of plans does AXVoice offer?

AXVoice has three types of plans to choose from: Residential, Business and International plans. All of them include options of their own.

What is the pricing of AXVoice?

Here are the plans offered by AXVoice:

Residential VoIP

Residential VoIP offers 3 plans: US/Canada Unlimited, US/Canada 200 and Pay As You Go.

US/Canada Unlimited: it costs $8.25/month and, as the name suggests it, offers unlimited calling anywhere in the United States and Canada

US/Canada 200: it is priced at $5.99/month and you get only 200 minutes, also in US and in Canada. Incoming calls are not charged.

Your last option with the residential plans is Pay As You Go: with this plan you have to pay $4.99 per month and you get calls that will cost you 1.5 cents per minute, again, anywhere within the United States and Canada.

Business plans

When it comes to plans for corporations and other types of businesses, there are 2 options available: the Small Business plan and the Home Office Plan (SOHO).

Small Business Plan: this plan will cost your company $29.99/month and in this price, you get 1,500 minutes anywhere in the US and Canada.

Home Office (SOHO) is priced at only $14.99/month, but in this plan, you only get 200 minutes anywhere within the US and in Canada.

International plans

As we’ve mentioned at the beginning of the article, one of the reasons why AXVoice is considered a competitive VoIP service is the fact that it includes international calling, a very useful VoIP feature, which, unfortunately, is not found in all VoIP providers.

AXVoice has two international plans to offer: Residential International and Residential International Plus.

Residential International is priced at $16.58/month and in this price, you get unlimited calls to over 45 international destinations.

Residential International Plus is priced at $29.99/month and includes unlimited VoIP calls to more than 60 international destinations.

As optional features, you can also purchase virtual numbers and toll-free numbers.

Virtual numbers (from any area code) can be purchased for $3.99 per month.

Toll-free numbers have nationwide coverage within both the United States and Canada and cost: $3.99 per month, 4.99 cents per minute US coverage and $5.99 per month, 4.99 cents per minute US and Canada coverage.

What VoIP features do you get with AXVoice?

Here are some of the most important outbound call features you get with AXVoice:

  • Caller ID blocking
  • International call blocking (useful if you don’t want to risk paying extra)
  • Music on hold
  • 3-way calling

Here are some of the most important incoming call features you get with AXVoice:

  • Call waiting
  • Distinctive ring
  • Blacklist
  • Do not disturb
  • Caller ID
  • Call filter
  • Anonymous call rejection
  • Simultaneous ring

Call forwarding features that are noteworthy:

  • Call forwarding
  • Failover

Other more advanced features offered by AXVoice are: call logs (you can view in real-time call logs for your incoming, outgoing or missed VoIP calls), enhanced voicemail (which you can use with your online account, from any browser), softphone support (you can use AXVoice just by downloading a softphone software and installing it on your device, be it laptop, desktop or mobile phone).

Another very attractive thing about AXVoice is that, unlike some competitors, this service doesn’t limit you when it comes to features. With many other companies, the most complex, useful and advanced features are reserved exclusively for customers who opt for the pricier plans. AXVoice gives access to all its 30 VoIP features to all its customers, regardless of the plan they opt for. The difference between plans lies in the number of included minutes, not in the features included.
