AXvoice review

VoIP services allow you to be able to communicate from multiple platforms. This can be through your computer, your phone, and even your tablet. Also called as Voice-over-Internet Protocols, VOIPs are handy for a lot of places such as homes and businesses.

AXvoice is a service founded in 2005 that is a good provider for both home-based users and businesses. With only an internet connection as a requirement, it is easily accessible and is convenient for its users. It also offers a lot of plans that can adjust to the user’s money and required services.

Affordable plans

What makes AXvoice stand out is its affordable plans that can be availed by anyone. They are one of the best services especially for home-based users and small businesses.

Home phone services

Their home phone services are affordable and filled with features. Some of their plans include one for no monthly fee but with outgoing calls only, one for unlimited calling plans, one for international calling for 45 countries/60 countries, and one for pay-as-you-go.

Office phone services

Offices are also given flexible plans that can accommodate both Home Offices and Small Businesses. Included in the plans are generous minutes for calls in the US and Canada. Online account management is also included.

Features included

AXvoice is filled with features that can accommodate different types of users.

For starters, AXvoice has a feature that allows customers coming from another service to transition to theirs. This prevents any inconvenience from occurring as you switch providers. This can be done by transferring your old number to their service. This is also called a number porting.

The bandwidth that they use is optimized for speed. They use G.711u, GSM, G.279, and G.711a for zipping data and to save bandwidth.

Some of the features for the phones itself include:

  • Emergency 911 integration that immediately sends your current location for an immediate response from the police
  • Blocking any international calls
  • A simultaneous ringing feature that redirects the calls from a device to another that prevents any customer for businesses to be left unanswered
  • Hold music for call retention.
  • ID blocking for specific numbers
  • Do not disturb feature that immediately sends incoming calls from a certain point of time to voicemail
  • Rejecting any anonymous numbers

AXvoice offers an application available for both Android and iOS phones. This allows you to communicate with your office numbers or from outside the house from the same service.

Money-back guarantee

AXvoice offers a money-back guarantee for those that will not be satisfied with their service. This is a customer-friendly feature that puts more trust in the product. However, some may be disappointed to know that the money-back will not include any of the shipping and handling fees. A limit of below 200 minutes of usage and 15 days of use must also be followed. All of the technology along with their packaging must also be returned to them.

Customer support

Customer support for VOIPs is important as businesses cannot afford to have idle times from any server malfunction of different sorts. This is why AXvoice offers customer support that is available from 7 am up to 8 pm EST. Any other inquiries made outside of these times shall be supported through the customer ticket.

They also have a knowledge base available on their website that displays all of the basic information and troubleshooting tips for their application.
