efax online fax service pricing cost dollar sign question mark

Nowadays, fax machines are not expected in an office anymore. Given its immense size, the huge risk of always malfunction, and its lack of any modern forms, offices are looking forward to a newer and more convenient form of it: online faxing.

eFax is a great product that is renowned for online faxing. It enables users to be able to both send and receive faxes. The main medium of connection is through email for maximum convenience. With this service, any device that is capable of connecting online can send and receive faxes.

How does eFax work?

Sending and receiving faxes are both easy with eFax.

Receiving and opening your faxes once it is sent is as easy as opening your email. The file formats included for faxing are PDF and TIF for users to be able to receive multiple files. These files can then be opened from anywhere as long as you have access to your account.

To be able to contact others, you will only need to get a fax number. eFax has a large inventory available for fax numbers. They have available numbers for local or toll-free/freephone that are spread across 3,500 cities in 46 countries. These numbers are mobile and can be kept whenever you use their service.

To send faxes, you will only need to get the recipient’s fax number. Like sending an e-mail, you will only need to attach “@efaxsend.com” after their fax number. The fax will then be sent to the fax machine of the recipient. An e-mail confirmation will also be sent to you once the delivery is successful. You can also choose to send the faxes online via eFax account.
