Banana and Nutella toast. We know, even the thought of this makes you drool. Wait until you taste this sweet treat! It can be prepared in 15 minutes and you need the following: melted, unsalted butter (3 tbsp.), half a cup Nutella, 2 sliced bananas, 1/3 cup chopped, salted peanuts and a sourdough bread.
Cut the bread into one inch thick slices and butter both sides of the slices. Preheat your oven (400 degrees), slide your slices in and cook for about 5 minutes, flip them and cook for 3-5 more minutes. Take them out and let them cool just a bit before you add the Nutella. Top them with the banana slices and sprinkle the peanuts on top.
Hard-boiled egg over toast. Maybe you’ve never thought about having your morning eggs this way. All you need is to hard-boil the eggs and cut them in round slices. Toast your bread, top it with the sliced egg and sprinkle some herbs such as parsley, dill, tarragon, chives, etc.
Avocado toast. You can use any type of bread for this recipe, from white to whole grain, etc.
Ingredients: half a ripe avocado, cut into thin slices, one tbsp. olive oil, one tsp. sesame seeds, one tbsp. unsalted butter.
