A healthy, balanced diet is crucial for your body. Your hair makes no exception. A healthy hair begins with a proper nutrition.

Here are some miraculous foods you should include in your diet for a healthy hair:

Oats. Oatmeal contains a lot of important substances needed by our hair: iron, fiber, zinc, Omega-3. They all contribute to a more rapid, healthy growth of your hair.

Almond butter. Nuts are very rich in vitamin E, which makes your hair thick and lustrous. Almond butter also contains healthy fats and proteins. You can also opt for other types of nuts, too. In addition to vitamin E, nuts are also high in selenium and zinc, which are essential for a healthy scalp.

Tangerines. They are very helpful in stimulating hair growth and reducing hair loss. They are also rich in vitamin C, which is important in preventing hair loss and also when combined with foods rich in iron, because it helps your body absorb the iron easier. As a side note, one of the greatest sources of iron is spinach, which can also be considered a power food for your hair.
