Dual action polishers are a great way to fix dull looking paint on a car. They use two rotating disks to smooth the paint and remove any imperfections. This is a great option if you don't have the time or equipment to do a full paint job as it is a lot cheaper and improves the factory paint back to a good condition versus aftermarket paint, which rarely is as good as the one that comes from a factory.
